I am restoring a 1956 Evinrude Lark engine. It is running and on first run gives indication of a spun hub; runs and moves fine at lower rpm. As I raise rpm's the boat goes still. I need help locating a replacement hub. I am new to vintage boats, but really want to learn. Any help would be appreciated. Regards.

Send it to a prop shop, either locally or find one on-line. OR, buy a new prop. Hardly anybody attempts to fix those things themselves.

Not sure if you already posted, but you might want to ask your question in the Johnson/Evinrude outboard section of the forum. You’ll get a much better response over there.
Chuck.
