95 larson transom seems good... only seems soft in the 1st 2' does that mean its bad? a buddy of mine said to stand on the lower gear and jump on it and see how much it moved...did that, it moved about 1/4inch, its a 175 johnson ocean runner? gelcoat only has minor stress cracks...
