Transom drain tubes

Hey guys I got my transom out today mostly in pieces but I did not know what I should do with the drain tubes. Should I cut them into and reuse them or ditch them and put some new ones in and thanks as always.

if you can remove the drains without damaging them. you can re use them.

but new ones are only 5 bux at your local boat shop
