Trailer tires lean

Recently purchased a boat with a tandem axle shorelandr trailer. The back wheels lean when driving. They favor one side when going straight but will lean to either side (I.e. Camber in and out) when turning. I replaced the wheel bearings, but they still lean and cause a lot of tire wear. Fairly new tires with tread nearly gone on the edges. Any ideas?

I can't see how the wheels could lean in both directions without something being wrong with the bearings..

My guess the bearings need some TLC

Just put new ones in...the races looked good, but I will try to replace those and see if that works

If you can see them moving in and out while driving, you have more than a bearing issue !! Sounds like you might need a professional to give you an inspection !!
