Scott, other than that it works good for you? I just go thru vinyl and into the plywood or plastic Thanks for the reply.

works great. shot everything from 1/4" staples thru the thin backing for the dash pads to 1/2" staples on the trailer carpet. been thru about 7000 staples so far.

shot into plywood, plywood with epoxy, plywood with fiberglass, PVC foam board and the bunks on the trailer, which I believe are treated yellow pine.

at 120 psi, you will shoot the staples directly thru the vinyl cutting a nice long slit. so back the pressure down to the 80-100 psi range

I am still working on the mooring cover (canvas/sunbrella), with attaching all of the snaps, but that should be done soon.

Ted, looks like the site is acting up as none of your pictures have shown up.

I use monel staples, however if you are in fresh water, you can get away with stainless

I used stainless. Didn't see monel on the site that I was ordering from, or would have ordered those. The originals were stainless.

I had 'forgotten' to make a new skin for the sunpad filler cushion, and realized it when I was cleaning up the boat a few weeks ago. So, here is the new filler cushion :)
