I have the go fast ready my son bought a wetsuit he thought he was going to ski on easter. The dock at the landing is not in yet and it was a cold NW wind gusty so he valued his testicals and chose to not try, he vowed to ski in April.

Pour warm water inside the wetsuit and do a dock or shore start. Slows down the ingress of the cold water. Plenty warm that way without having a drysuit. With a drysuit, I've skied close to 0 degree F air temp. Use a cooler full of warm water to warm up hands and feet.
