Yeah same here on the 2019 models, rounded fenders are alright but the other changes give me pause to ask WTH... WHY?

Me, I’m like why change something that’s not broken? Make it better if you can, don’t just redesign. Were their sales really lacking??

Working on the Merc but waiting for parts so the admiral got the decals on the trailer. SS fits well on the ugly galvanized trailer.

Nice truck, congrats. (though I might pass on the seat covers and camo.)
I can only dream of a new (to me) truck, my 04 only has 190k and isn't done yet.

The boat and trailer look great too.

The trailer and new truck look great. Less bells and whistles = less crap to break. I was just telling a coworker that I wish they made more vehicles with the manual roll up windows for this very reason.

Of course camo seat covers aren't for everyone, especially these that are 300 for a set. The backs have molly web on them and a number of attachments come with it, pouches, pistol case, trash can, med kit pouch etc.

I love the look, they fit like upholstery and the ballistic nylon is heavy weight, same used on body armor. I went cheaper on a 70 buck rear seat cover that is waterproof for my gear, also Kryptek camo and black. Kryptek has become my favorite pattern.

Hey what gives?! I want to see pics of the (apparently) super secret compartments and utility features!

I bought a set of "organizers" that hung off the back of my front seats a while back, and while they were ok when I was actually using them to sling a few long barrels in, they were wildly irritating the other 11 months of the year.

Don't have mine set up yet but this pic is from the website.

Alright so I went to work on the 115 Merc and replaced some parts. The 115 would not gain over 2500 RPMS and make about 8 MPH. Finally today I got out again to do some fishing on Palmer Lake up by the BC border.

Despite looking like a November morning it was in the low 60's after raining off and on all night.

Took home 8 small mouth, 1 largemouth and 4 perch fishing with 4lb test ultra lights and turned back a bunch.

Oh and yeah the motor, well it runs smooth and is super quiet getting up to it's WOT RPM of 5250 in no time at all.

Nice work on the engine and the fish! Those smallies had to have been a blast on ultra lights. What ended up being the problem?

Water was a little rough looking, Rob. Usually your water looks like glass. LOL

Nice mess of fish. What was the cause of Merc poor running?
