Those console panels are the nicest I've seen anyone do yet. Very sharp.

Thanks for taking a look guys, I should have some serious progress coming up soon especially now that spring is near.

Here is the charger. I bought the last one iboats had in stock  but I'm sure they'll get more.

Looking good Watermann! I like your on-board Bank Charger set-up. The plug for the drop cord is a nice touch! If possible, and you haven't " buttoned-up everything... Could you post a pic. of of the where you placed/mounted the charger/wiring setup.(If you gotten to that yet.) Thanks for posting the pdf of charger's manual. I was wondering if 2 chargers was better than 1.:thumb:

The instructions were very clear that your not supposed to put the charger anywhere near the batteries or in an enclosed space due to heat. So I decided to put it under the nav side console that way from outside the boat I can see if the led lights are showing the batteries are charging 'red', 'charged 'green' or failure 'yellow'. If worried about someone kicking it, they would have to have at least a 60" inseam to reach the back wall.

A bit going on in the pic below. LEDs all screwed into place under the consoles. Batteries and cabling all hooked up, TM tested out. Motor control box was disassembled, cleaned completely of the 1970's grease and re-greased with QS 2-4-C lube, kill lanyard switch wired in and the cabling put through the rabbit hole in the side console which is only sitting in place right now. 1/8" plate AL covered with Nautolex vinyl and in place between the consoles screwed into the console panels. SS grab handle on the nav side, oh and a cup holder by the glove box.

Tomorrow the bow deck with get some vinyl and riveted down. Maybe get some work done on the back casting deck frame too after I get the side panels riveted in place.

Looks great Water! I have that same onboard charger for mine. Hoping to get back to it soon but I have to get it off the trailer and do some trailer work first and I am not looking forward to that, probably why I am procrastinating.

Looking more and more like a new boat. I like that battery charger, is this the first time you have put on in a boat? What swayed you to this one?

Got the bow deck clad in Nautolex using 3M 80. Side panels are riveted in place. I ran out of time to get much else done in the way of rear casting deck frame like I wanted. I ran 16 ga wire up the port side to the Nav console for any future power needs and from the helm to the bow and port console so I can have switched power if ever needed in the future. I also ran some line behind both side panels to pull the transducer cable forward since I still haven't popped for a unit yet.

I'll be working on getting the controls in place and connected to the motor. After that the SS will be able to be splashed. :D
