Time to get back on this one .. Been going all different directions lately ..
Does this axle spindle look salvageable? Could I just do a filler weld and grind smooth ?
Someone must have really run this thing with no bearings for a good distance. I would really rather not have to buy a new axle if possible..
What do y’all think ?

Yeah , if this trailer was just gunna be used at the ramp down the street I would probably just let it ride and keep an eye on it . But I’ll be putting some highway miles on this one for sure ..
But I might not have to go buy a new one .. While sitting in my thinking chair in the garage I just remembered I have the trailer that the MFG was on in the woods out back .. It’s exact same size . I’m about 95% sure the axle is still good .. May as well put it to use .
