Too bad about the liberal rage. Sure gets in the way of the positive things for all Americans.

you whining, sniveling, guilt ridden liberals who think that everyone should pay for everyone elses necessities and that think you should be able to 'negotiate' with the Devil(s).

My, my, I wonder what dock he hangs out at; this is supposed to be dockside chat isn’t it? Don’t believe I have ever been called a whining, sniveling, and guilt-ridden liberal, at least haven’t had anybody say that to me face. Maybe it was said behind my back but not to my face, well I guess you have to consider the source. Sounds like the bleating of a very frustrated man to me, more than likely someone that uses the term ilk quite often. Just my two cents worth, all in a very friendly manner of course.

And Ronald Reagan was the best president we ever had. He let the whiners whine, while he took care of bidness.
The only good thinfg about Bush's approach of the whining left, is he learned from Ronaldus Magnus how to ignore them.

Here to talk not only about boating but just want to enjoy the huge community of members at iboats? This is the place for you! This area is highly moderated so please keep it clean, be respectful of others and just be nice.

My my my.8)

The dockside topics of late
That politically stir a debate
Instead of enlightening
Are rather quite frightening
As opinions enrage into hate
So before one partakes in a thread
And spews anger perhaps he instead
Should take it in stride
Mind you not run and hide
But eat cookies
And just go to bed

So a thread here brings us to debate,
the topics that make news of late?
Some come here enraged,
some, their anger is caged,
yet they still come to discuss common fate.
Or they'll set "fate" asside,
to discuss their own pride,
their sorrows, their fears, or troll bait.

The mods do their best,
to keep tabs on the rest,
while allowing free speach to reign free.
But they keep us folks clean (They delete the obscene)...
while adding their two cents (or three).

Still some just don't know,.
there are other rooms to go,
to talk boats, computers and stuff.
They just show-up here,
no-doubt, loosened by beer,
to derail -- then they leave in a huff!

Hey, that's kewl with me.
This forum is free.
But your rhyme don't contribute a lot...
Except a nice laugh,
a challenge for staff,
some might just be reading on pot.

But it's still can be fun,
when under the gun,
to derail wiith a nice ryme or two....
Nice to bus' back this reply to you.
Have a great Sunday, OB :)

Re: The greatest President in our time!

If I was faced with the reality of trying to defend the current conservative administration, I'd try like heck to change the subject and make it about something else too!

Nice try!

Re: The greatest President in our time!

Like the Ronaldus Magnus Crew before them, the Bush admin needs no "defense" from us. It shakes-off the enemy's propaganda, as well as the left wing's, and keeps doing what it has set out to do.

The left wing is now as enraged as the leader if Iran at Rummy's comments too. As long as he doesn't start throwing-out appologies left and right, Rumsfeld just redeemed his past "lack of defense" in one press conference! :)
I hope the left takes heed, or chokes upon it's truth.

Re: The greatest President in our time!

how can any one defend the incompetence rumsfeld has shown since oct 02?
the man is just plain incompetent. had he listened to the generals and senior pentagon folks before april of 03 we may have actually had a 3 month war.
even Donald admits he muffed it.
on at least 3 occasions.
at least regan would have fired him after the first muff up and found a competent planner.
seems Reagan did it once or twice. Under Reagan one muff up and ya got the axe.
as it should be.

Re: The greatest President in our time!

Boomster, you are correct. Reagan was one of the greatest President ever depending on what side of the economic bracket you're on. Certainly, he jump started the greatest economic divide to ever hit this nation. The rich got richer and the poor....well you know. Talking about beating a man while hes down, but hey why should I care. I'm better off than the average folks. Screws the less fortunate. Let nature run its course. On that note, Boomster, I concur.

The well-being of the citizens should be every President priority. The consequence of his neglect is irreversible.

My opinion. You decide!

Anyhow I like the new Map envisioned by our fearless leader.

Re: The greatest President in our time!

You righties are so predictable. You have no concept of the possibility that your opinions are only one of many, and that opinion does not make a person right. Hey, I am all for personal belief, I have a few too, but if you are going to post something like this, do you really think it is surpising that other people with differing opinions just might have a few words to say?

You have no ability to to just say "well, you are entitiled to your beliefs" and leave it at that. Nope, your going to just keep ramming the same information down peoples throats over and over. The old "beat 'em into submission" technique. It further enfuriates you that it doesn't work.

I don't have to "recheck my history" either. Your interpretation of the facts is only one interpretation, thats all.

By the way, Reagans genius plan to eliminate the Soviet union was pure coincidence and not a plan at all. He was as likely to have predicted that would be the outcome as I am to win the lottery. He got lucky, thats all. Just like Clinton, he got lucky with the economy boom.

Eliminating the Soviet Union did nothing but destabilize the world and leave a power vacuum that will be filled with China. The soviet Union was not nearly the threat that China is. China can ruin us economically, the Soviet Union couldn't do squat. We had Mutually Assured Destruction that kept things in check. There is no way to keep China's growing economy in check. If anything Reagan shot us in the foot. But then, what do I know. I keep forgetting that Neo-Con thinking is the only outlook, and everything else is bollocks. Give me a f**king break.....

GQ, at least Reagan's world was not as simplistic as Bush's.

Good map but where the hill is Crawford Texas? Don’t see it anywhere, nor do I see the undisclosed location for Cheny.

Why do you keep derailing this thread?
Oh well..... AS a country, we voted in the majority for this
administration. And I thank God every day, that I don't have to say "president gore"!!
No muss, no fuss, no fillers, Jason.
Here is the map I can't get enough of -- And it actually IS an "historic fact".
Thank you for the prompt to show it

Re: The greatest President in our time!

poor 12 footer. he has no real grip on reality or he would have refuted my comments about rumsfelds incompetence with some facts, fact is he has none so he spouts.
typical presant day winger,
if you have no fact shout the current spin. so come on 12footer, give some facts do dispute my claim of rummy's incompetence.
