Got a new Windows 10 at work that "Photos" isn't working on and don't have permissions to fix so working off MacAir. Just learning to size photos on the Mac. Thanks for the reply.

my computer seems to be saving photos as jfif, does this matter? looks like it's showing ok.

Pics look good. Whatever file type is saved, they work. So Don't Panic!
