Tahoe 2150 battery dead

I have a 2016 Tahoe 2150. My boat was winterized and the battery was disconnected. Thanks have now connected everything and it started fine the first time. The next time I used the boat the battery was dead. I went to bass pro (where I bought the boat). They said it was likely time to replace the battery. I did and it worked great once. Dead a day later. I showed them a picture of the wiring thinking I may have wired something wrong, they said it “looked” good. I think I hooked something up wrong, help?

This is your issue. A Bat going dead in one day has something draining it big time.

Disconnect all positive leads. Connect each one, one at a time and see if there is a spark. The one that sparks is probably the issue

What accessories do you have such as a radio or other 12 v electronics? Do you have a battery switch installed? Next time someone says " it was likely time to replace the battery" don't believe them without testing the battery first, that was an absolute uneducated default guess.

I have a factory installed bilge, lights and radio and an aftermarket depth finder.

Theoretically all of your electronics are turned off they should be off and drawing no current. If you have an amp meter connect it in series with each accessories and see if any are drawing current when turned off. If you don't have a meter do what alldodge suggested, looking for a spark then do what Scott suggested and have the battery load tested, not tested at bass pro shop. If you have a voltmeter with the motor running check the battery voltage to confirm the alternator is working. Have you checked the water level?

Simplest battery draw tool is a 194 peanut bulb with a jumper wire from each wire coming off it. Disconnect the negative battery terminals hook one wire from the bulb to the negative terminal on the battery and then one wire at a time touch them to the bulb. Does the light glow or light up if so you know you have something on that wire thats consuming power. Figure out where by pulling fuses one at a time. Find nothing there look at other places. Still havent found the source ive seen bilge pumps stuck on that the motor had seized up on but still drained a battery in a few hours. There are things that are not fused at the main fuse box as well.

I had a similar situation happened to me. In my situation It was the stereo.

There are two hot feeds on my stereo. One gets fed a switched (accessory) hot feed and one stays constantly hot to hold the time and all the presets. The constant hot one was the culprit that kept killing my battery. I keep it disconnected now.
