steering question

I need help to id the type of steering system I have. It is a teleflex safe-t steer but I can't tell what year and I do not know where to get parts.

that's a dual cable rotary helm, i don't know if it is even made any more.

The previous owner told me it had been setting for about 10 years in a barn, which is where I got it from. While it seemed a bit stiff turning, it seemed to work. Maybe with a little cleaning and relub it will work.
