So here are some Quick Pictures and Measurements.....

Center Measurement is : 13'7" (Only manufacturer I found at that length was Starcraft)?
Gunwale Length is roughly : 14' 3 "
Gunwale to Gunwale is roughly: 60"
Transom width is : 50"
Transom Height low point : 16" and High point 18"

Starcraft? Gosh, I dunno:confused: The lines strike me that it's not a Starcraft, kinda, sorta.

Most important?

ALUMINUM! EXCELLENT!:D

Looks like a great fishin rig:)

It's aluminum...... I doubt it is a starcraft however, it appears to be in great shape and the transom looks as if it has been replaced.

My non-starcraft decision is based on the transom braces, drain and seats........... sure looks seaworthy!

Have fun with it!

My guess would be it's not a Starcraft. Those transom corner caps look familular and possibly installed backwards. The curved leg goes along the gunwale.

My vote is ..Or Not. For the reasons already stated along with the shape of the strake and bow construction. Looks like a fun boat. Have you looked in the Fiberglassics.com library?

As well as the length of A certain Starcraft on the 1960's model sheet, (Ski CHAMP)

My boat measures exactly 13' 7", But more So, the pictures in link #1 don't lie, if you can get past the fact all the wood is missing and someone would even do that to a Ski Champ.

Oh and the Benches that are in the boat presently are far from original, In-fact there held on by wood screes through the Hull.

Sooo?

Well, if it was a Ski Champ at one time it sure isn't now. That's kinda the cool thing about these boats - what they start out as can be something entirely different than what you want it to be.

So, question...

Do you want it to be a Ski Champ or a nice 13.5' utility boat?

I'm not Sure, I love to Fish so I have not made up my mind, I'm leaning toward Utility the more I think about it because of Cost and parts. If I do go Utility though, Id like to find the Bow Caps and transom corner caps possibley even paint it like original as well as decals! The Caps even seem hard to find, Id like the ones with the stars on them.

I'm not sure if the transom corner caps I make will fit. Check post# 5 in the Starcraft Parts thread in the Starcraft forum for dimensions.
Member Northbeach had bow caps at one time but he hasen't been around much lately.

I did the same thing on my Aerocraft. I knew that my track record for saying "I am sure of it now" was only 50% right at best. I wanted opinions without influencing other ideas on what it was I bought. Lucky for me I was wrong on my initial thoughts of it being a lonestar or Texas maid and someone correct me to the Aerostar.
