Keep your eyes open for me guys. Looking for a 18' Mariner CC. So far each one I have looked at in the NY area has needed too much time/money to get it back to good condition. (they all need floors!)

Welcome to the site Tommy...I will say that if you want a good deal on a Starcraft you most likely will need to install a new deck.

Check out some restoration threads, the work isn't too bad and you can keep the cost reasonable. Good luck to ya!

Thanks much for the listings guys.

I should have been more clear perhaps as I'm looking for a Center Console <CC> style hull.

Guess I had hopes of perhaps finding one that the "other guy" already did the dirty work on it <floor and transom if need be>. Somehow I'm real good at taking things apart.. but they never seem to find their way back together! :D

Wow that carpet is something! I've got mine up on CL and I already had the email response "so what is the lowest you'll take?" Ya gotta love it.

thats sucks he has to sell, that is really a great boat, i wish i had the money..............3500 seems cheap

there's a guy in San Carlos who has three Yammie 350hp OBs on the back of his big center console....local fishing guide, boat is partially sponsored by Corona beer. as far as i know, he's not runnning any loads. but he's one of the main reasons they put distance limits on the local fishing tournaments, because he can make Baja in about an hour if conditions are calm!

I can understand the need for that kind of power...back in my days with my 12 footer powered by Minn Kota:rolleyes: we won a bass tourney...but didn't make it back to the ramp in time for the official weigh-in and they forfeited us:(

That doesn't happen in my SS, the problem has been dealt with:D
