Yep, glass. You can tell because the gunwale sticks up above the rubrail on a fiberglass boat:

and runs flat out of it on an aluminum.

And there's no aluminum angle trim between the upper flat gunwale and the inside vertical face of the gunwale, like on an aluminum boat:
