Cabin Boat

This guy is out of his mind for a boat and motor with no title in South Carolina

This is a deal for $500.00 someone go buy this as I don't have the funds.

18ft aluminum v-hull boat

A person can absolutely not title or register a boat and/or motor in SC without a clear and clean title notarized and with a notarized bill of sale.I fought for 6 months to title/reg a 10 foot jon boat I bought new and the place went out of business before I got my title.

I understand thats why the guy with the chief is out of his mind. The only loophole to that rule is if you have a notarized bill of sale if you bought the boat out of state in a state that does not require a titlesuch as georgia or Tennessee

A brand new boat comes with an MCO (Manufacturer Certificate Of Origin) that with the title app should have made it a snap. Sounds like the dealer is the reason here and one of the reasons he's out of business. Some dealers are notorious for holding on to the tax and rego money while the buyer twists in the wind. It happens with cars and trucks too.

Exactly my situation. A notarized BOS, paid the fee and had GADNR inspect the boat within 60 days. Trailer was the same thing, except another state agency. It will be a nightmare for a South Carolinian buying that Chieftain. They also title OBs in SC to add complication.

They were one of the best dealers around,Marine One,I thought. Not sure what happen.Never had issues with them until I bought my Jboat.Within 30days ,they were gone.I paid extra for them to handle my title and reg from DNR on the Jboat, that's why I didn't get the title. They never sent the paper work to DNR.When they closed up,they destroyed all their paper files. That was back before computers were mainstream. When DNR finally titled my boat, they titled it as a 71 jon boat, instead of Gamefisher 10.

Yep ^^^ 21ft L*S Cruise Master:
Lonestarb55002.jpg

Should have an OB bracket off the transom:

Lots of them have been removed & the transom hacked down to accommodate a typical OB installation

Hard to tell if she has a bracket. A 21 foot boat rated for 50 HP. I think the bracket was adjustable for short or long shaft motors. I say motors because she needs two for coolness. :D

I guess that's proof that not only glassers rot from the inside out.

Time for a truth:

I practiced my Chewy sounds briefly. Perhaps not so briefly once the dog & Admiral took notice
