Ha! That's the one I posted up at #7809!

Looks like the new owner bought it last night, brought it home, was beaten severely with a kitchen utensil, and had to put it up for sale today:laugh: (adding at least $300 to what he paid less than 24 hours ago)

Sweet

I have thought of doing just the same thing with my little 14' Holiday. Pull the Honda kicker, wash her down, rebuild the carb, change the oil and add $500 to the price :)

Its a little way to drive...but might be worth checking out. Even if it really is a Nova, it is overpowered by about 40%! All the shots of Novas I have seen had smooth sides, but the brochures are pretty weak when it comes to Nova info.

^^ That one sure looks like a Jupiter to me. I had an 85 V4 on mine. I don't think Nova's were ever lapstrake.

Novas were only made in 72 and 73. The 72 brochure shows smooth sides, no lower rub rail and the long windshield side rails. The Nova emblem under Starcraft is kind of odd.

Come take a look it is in almost perfect condition. It does have one little dent in the bow. At 2700 its a steal

I wonder why they put all that diamond plate and tin on the back of the transom? Oh I bet they did that when doing a bang up transom wood replacement... right?

If you look real close you will see it is an ingenious solution to the "little dent" problem in the bow. The plate is actually a port-side counterweight designed to lift and separate the starboard bow from the water.

I notice the seller uses the words "perfect" and "immaculate". I didn't see the words "bilge pump", a couple of big ones might be worthwhile add-ons.

What a shame - Pre-ding she was a nice tinny.
