Hey thanks for that!. Im pretty sure I already looked at that one... Much worse then it looks. The hull looks like its been ran up on rocky beaches way to many times way to fast.. Im reallly looking for an ss or center console as well. I really am not picky on brand... just want a good aluminum fishing boat in the 16 - 19 ft range.

Take a look...2 boats, one trailer 200 bucks for all.
The bottom hull is mos def an airboat hull that has me thinking...hmmmmmm
BUT the 14 ftr flipped over on top of it, looks a little "Starry" if ya ask me...

Two airboats

Kev, you should be all over that with the new pad on the water you just got!!!

Right? I do have dock envy though, I have a plain old wood dock, all my neighbors have full on drive up onto the boat lift party patios!

Re: Starcraft on C-list/ebay!

I would be around $400.00 on it. Of course I've got more than $400 in just ply in the current Supersport. Of Course I am 30 miles away in Sevierville and I can see the rotten transom from here.

I am kind of demented too because I've always thought it would be fun to gut the bow open, cut the windshield build a big casting deck up front, reinforce the transom triple the knee braces and slap a 65 hp on the back of one of those.

But then again it when I step back and think about it that kind of seems like a darwinian action.

Any idea how that Islander would perform with a 70hp outboard?

That Islander is an absolutely fantastic hull. And you would recoup some money by selling the 70. Unfortunately I think by the time you bought that rig AND an appropriately sized outboard for it, you'd have quite a few thousand into it before you even started any restoration or customization work you wanted to to.

SSSSSHHHHHHHH - Hush your mouth! We have Starcrafts growing on trees, so why not donor classers? Better than trees growing in the glassers. Ripe fruit ready for harvest. :watermelon:

I think Sig saw the error of his ways before he even finished posting.
