Im not sure if I should put this here or in the donor section since its a glasser. Not much info in the ad so I called on it, its a '88 Starcraft 17' with a OMC outdrive and a "4 cylinder crate motor" that might still be in the crate... seller said he would go down to $465 but no lower... perhaps the engine would be good for a repower if it hooks up to a mercruiser

Yeah, with the condition of the interior, and the hull.

I had a bid in for 900.

Would have swapped trailers with my current Holiday, scavenged a few parts and probably swapped the engine and outdrive.

This would have saved me from repainting my hull, and completely redoing the interior.

Plus, I like the looks of the 67 over the 73.

Doubt I would have fixed up the trailer, but if I did, I would have converted to a single axle, larger tires, converted to bunks, added 3' to the tongue, new lights, and winch.
