I pulled the thermostats.
Again, everything is clean inside.
It's obvious the ol fellow was religious about taking it in for service. The bolts weren't corroded stuck at all. Around the hose connections were a little over done with RTV, but still...

I guess I put them in water and heat the water and see what temperature they open at?.

One of the white plastic things with the cross just fell out, the other wasn't stuck, but didn't just fall out. I don't know if that means anything that both didn't just fall out.
