Re: SHOW YER BOAT!

This is my 1972 silverton 33. I bought it for 1000 bucks! It was probably worth less. After 2 years of work it hit the water. I will never be done working on it cause I'll aways find something else to do to it. Ive had the best 2 summers ever on it and plan on many more. Ive replaced all the decks, cabin sides, most of the interior, and rebuilt both motors ect ect ect....

1990 Barefoot Sanger with 1999 Mercury 200 EFI.

Brought it out to ND from the bay area (thanks to the internet and honest people) in Sept 09 so only got it out a few times before the temps turned cold. It is in sound shape but not awesome so I won't fret when the wife and dog put another scratch somewhere.

My first boat is a Grumman 4.6. 15.1' currently with a 5hp B&G outboard but might go with my 40hp Johnson.

I don't think there is, but I'm not entirely sure. It's hand built in TN. Their first boat company was founded in 1960, and they moved on to the Bryant brand in 1990. All I can say is that it's a very solidly built boat, and you can see there is a huge amount of craftsmanship that goes into it.

Here's mine...

27026_1232763745915_1433795071_30656970_2502139_n.jpg

Taken at City Beach, Sandpoint, Idaho, July, 2009.

1991 34' Carver 534 Montego, 12'4" Beam, Dual Crusader 454s pushing 375Hp each. Velvet V-drives, 196 gal fuel, 9' Livingston Dinghy, 66 gallons of freshwater, 11 gal HW heater, Heat Pump, 6kW Genny, Electric/Alcohol Range, Propane BBQ, 120v/12v refer, ice maker & wet bar. I want to add a trolling motor and some downriggers.

I bought it in Lake Union in Seattle, and had it moved to Lake Pend Oreille in North Idaho.

Here is a linik to a video taken a couple of weeks ago. It was cold, but we were on the lake on a beautiful day.
