Project for today was to finish getting the interior gutted but the transom and the rain got in the way but I was able to get most everything but the deck so it was a good day all in all.
Such a simple job that really ends up being a pain. I tried lots of dumb crap to get mine out. A simple 2x4 lever from the inside prying against the deck was what finally popped mine.
Yep that's pretty much what I did except I used a 4x4 and crowbar and BFH. of course that was after removing a thousand screws LOL . but at least I got it out without doing anymore damage.
