we have a 2006 flat bottom Jon boat and it had a salt water life. it has been painted with trilux 33 and some rivets are missing from the keel. is it ok to put rivets back in then Rino Line the bottom to protect it from future damage. it will have a brackish water life now and it gets trailered to location and won't set in water. it possibly will set in a lake 1 week a year.thanks

Re: Rhino Lining

Isn't this stuff usually used for truck bedliners?

Yep. There's also a similar product called Herculiner, which I used on the bumpers of my Suzuki Sidekick.

But I suggest the OP check out Tuff Coat:

TUFF Coat Marine ? Ultra Tuff and Tuff Coat Marine Non Skid Coatings

Rhino and Herculiner require heavy duty prep, the colors are limited, and it's real thick stuff and expensive. I don't know the pricing of Tuff Coat for a gallon (you need the primer too), but I saw it on ShipShape TV and it looked like really good stuff.
