@dingbat Have not heard back from Seafox. I emailed them. My plans was not to have to readjust unless I really needed too. I know the boat was purchase with the trailer new. Also the bolsters are 5.25 for the inner and 5.75 for the outer. Lag bolt pulled it right down on the swivel. Only about half inch off from the board.

got things put back together. I dont like how the rear rollers turned out. I need to get the encap roller and find the correct size shaft to fit the big roller with the smaller one. The guy at Eastern told me it was just a threaded rod that with a lock nut. ITs a little to wobbly for me.
I am now going to start to resurface my fenders. I put these on in 2020 sanded and painted some of that flex seal on them. ITs holding up I just see some scratches that may get bad if not taken car of.
One question I did have, how tight should the swivel nut be tighten? Loose enough to move with hand or not?

I would remove the old rollers, and replace any bolts or ubolts that are pretty rusty. Now wire brush any rust spots, and apply cold galvanizing paint to the entire trailer.
