Removing tie down stain

I used a red tie down ratchet strap and it rained and bled onto the fiberglass. What's the easiest/best way to remove this stain?

try cleaning with acietone first....if that doesnt work a light sanding with 12-1400 grit...then buff

magic eraser will surprise you at times.

Acetone worked great, thanks oops! I tried the Magic Eraser but no dice, although youre right, we use it all over the house here and it's amazing some of the stuff that thing will fix!
