You can you know.. Vermont will allow you to title it in their state with only a bill of sale and you can mail it in to them while being a non resident . 6% sales tax based on value. It gives you a registration card that does have a place to transfer ownership, which would work for the other 49 states. I've done it for vehicles but the boat process is the same

There are a LOT of pretty serious Century fans. With a classic like this one, there was little doubt here that boat was going to bring money few others with questionable motors would ever bring.
