Yeah only a couple that needed it and since not having to be air tight sealed joints they are just kinda loose. everything else is good and tight so no wobb!es. unions are pricey.
I didn't know they made opposite couplings.
Not as common today as they were a hundred years or so ago but they are still made. Rigid still makes left handed dies today. More commonly used by steam fitters and on gas lines where codes will not allow a union.
