So that hub kit with the thrust washer I linked should work then?

Thrust washer comes with the hub kit.
What hub and washer are you using now?

Shouldn’t matter. Kit comes with appropriate thrust washer

Ok good, I'll get that kit then. I do believe my outdrive is a gen 2.

Normally gen 2 have a flat annode, maybe some of the non PS 3.0 s had them. Either way trim the tab and get on with your boating

Thank you everyone for the inputs and help. I do belive my problem lies somewhere with the hub kit of prop itself. I took my prob off and then put it into either forward/reverse and then installed back the prop, and it does not jam up on the trim tab.

If I have it fully installed and then put it into forward/reverse then it does hit the trim tab in gear (Forward/Reverse). So I will try the new hub kit with the thrust washer and keep you guys updated.

Hey guys just wanted to guy you and update. I installed the new hub kit and the issue was solved. After a few process of elimination it seems like the plastic hub that gets pressed into the prop was the problem. Thank you all once again for your help.
