there is no kit to put a custom LS motor, AR5 manual, C4 suspension in a 1952 Fiat Topolino. nearly 100% will be custom. everything from the oil pan, intake, accessory mounts, radiator, plumbing, frame, coil-over mounts, air-cup kit, roll cage, dash, HVAC assembly, seats, fuel tank, exhaust.... Just spending a bit of time on the CAD station in between measuring....... prior to fabricating or having fabricated.Man you are a dork
You hand making or kit?
The term you mean is vintageThat's crazy! I hope I'm around to see it, I'm old so you need to get going!
I’m not sure. The 4.8 I have does not but some apps possibly? I can find out via parts dept since I work for GM now@matt167 , doesn't the alternator on the 4.8 have a vacuum pump on the back side? Any idea on the thru-shaft diameter if the pump was removed?
I think you will find the 2.3 pretty durable and previous owners will not have beat the snot out of it like they would have with a 5.0Love the project Scott: really amped to see it done.
Mine is no where near as exciting, but I've been chugging away at a '92 Fox Body Convertible. We're on the road, nothing exciting (2.3l) but I'm working on getting it re-worked as a nice daily driver and road car:
