Bummer on the belt break... awsome news on the bolt lock up.....bummer on the paint removal probs....awsome news that marine rusty holds up well!

(we put regular oil based rustoleum can paint in our bilge...it flipping holds up to a little oil, a little gas and constant water (we have no drain... so I bilge her out and a little bit of liquid stays in) no flaking, no peeling...I am seriously amazed at thier products staying abaility.

John once again....sorry bout the wings not makinig inito the final playoff game and REAL sorry bout the Blackhawks winning the stanley cup.... it's a conspiracy! I tell ya...Obamas home town...hmm....interesting :eek:

So, they used ignition belts on the big Mercs eh? I'm completely unfamiliar with the Merc engines. The 115 Chrysler I had used a belt to drive the distributor, which I thought was a little odd, but it made sense as there really was no other way to drive it unless you wanted to drive it off the flywheel.

I wonder if there is a way to upgrade the ignition to distributorless for those older Mercs, etc.

HAHAHAHA thanks there Vegas !!!! Man you been having some fun !! I was going to answer thur but lost power for 5 hour , when some storms went threw !!

And yep I think it just the wings are trying to spread it around !! The blackhawks Had a great season !!!

the paint I couldn't believe, I was hitting it with 2500 psi , right at the tip and it held on !!!I had it take paint off of cars , wheel barrels , bikes .

I been so busy with work , got a wedding this today the wifes in , and wouldnt you know it the belt showed up last night !! I am heading out there know !! Ohh and my buddie Jeff is on his way !!! Love yea Man !!!!

Hay guys , just a quick note , we got it together, and took her out sunday !! the timing was off ,but we made it to our fishing hole and got a few fish !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yea haa we made it back and right there in the water advanced it a little more , and she ran better, we were going to do it again but the wife called and said the rain is on the way .. so we packed her up !!
But she is so close !! next time out she will be running !! Ok off to work !! John

OHHH you think I would tell you guys a fish story ?? lol Yea I will get a get a video up for yea, i havnt gone in over a week now ??? been hunting, uncle got 5 crop damage tags , got till the 31th to fill !! going friday !!

Just got to say what a great summer this has been !!

I have been playing around with props on her !! need a new tack for her , its only saying im getting 3600 out of her yet , at 45mph ?? John

Fill up the chest freezer with venison, don't forget the jalapeno sausage;)

45mph is pretty good speed for only 4500 rpms. I'd like to see a video too, good idea:cool:

Wwell hehas to have heart surgy he has a anursim on the aorita leading to the heart we will know more tomorrow. Its not leaking yet .more tomorrow on the wife cell thanks guys john
