Can't remember if that's wood or 'glass but most of the good two part marine paints should work well for you. I personally prefer Interlux Prefection, it will cover wood and fiberglass. Just different primers.
How are you applying it. Spray or roller then tipping. As said above AwlGrip is good as is Imron Polyurethane (Fountain Boats) as is Sherwin Williams two part urethane
I painted my hull with Pettit EasyPoxy and the topside with Valspar Tractor and Implement Paint with Hardener Cost was under $100 bucks. See the last link in my Signature. Very durable and Extremely glossy.
