OK, .... So with those pictures I've changed my mind. That hull was in pretty rough condition when it landed there. Those bilge keels on the bottom were added. There is a sole inside it (deck), so that increases the cost of a rebuild quite a bit. And then there are all those dings and dents that need attention. Sure, it can be rebuilt, but there is a good bit more involved that clean it out, replace the transom and give it a coat of paint. The power head of the outboard is pretty rough, but I would still grab it and see if there is any life in it (the paint on the outboard is pretty good looking). ------ Just my .002
