Our 20' Suntracker has suddenly stopped receiving any power. I have checked all connections, recharged the batteries, and checked the inline fuses; all are fine. There is no power to any system in the boat. This happened after it was docked, it came in fine but there was noting when we went to restart and move it.

Welcome
Pontoons are nice but doesn't help us help you. We need to know what motor you have?

Is the kill switch tripped?

I have a 15hp Yamaha outboard.

The kill switch is not tripped.

The accessory systems are getting power (radio, nav lights, etc.) but not the motor or tilt.

To trace it down most likely will need a voltmeter
Battery to Bat switch
Bat switch to motor
Motor to key

Connections need taken apart, cleaned till shiny then a dab of grease and reconnected tight !! Battery needs to read 12.6 volts or higher ! Start at the battery and work back to the motor, where the voltage stops, you will find your problem.

There is no battery switch on this boat. I have checked with a voltmeter from the batteries to the engine and can find no issue.

You have 12V on the red/purple wire on the key switch?

If correct, turn key to RUN and see if there is now 12V on the purple wire

I pulled out the key switch, there are yellow, white, red, etc. wires coming out. I got no reading when I tested the red wire.

Try filling the wire from key back toward motor, fuse may be a inline type.

Merc used in line a lot but don't know about yam

You stated you had no power at the motor, yet you claimed to have tested power from battery to the engine and found no problem....is there power at the motor or not?

Ignition switch would not explain the lack of power to the tilt/trim. On Yamaha, I'm pretty sure the voltage for the tilt/trim comes straight from the starter solenoid, not from ignition switch.
