op needs to take it to someone that knows how to troubleshoot the problem.

I checked going from the batteries in to the hull. I get a charge on both sides of the ignition fuse. I have not checked at the engine, I am not sure which wire to open up. I turn the key and get nothing, the fuel gauge doesn't register. I get nothing for the tilt trim either at the throttle handle or on the motor itself.

I checked connections from the batteries in to the hull, including on both sides of the ignition fuse and everything was fine. I have not opened any wires in the engine itself to check, I'm not sure which ones to check. The accessories work, but the tilt and the motor don't. When I turn the key, I get nothing, not even the fuel gauge.

Unplug the big plug that goes from the control box to the motor. Unplug it and plug it back together several times. It's under the motor cowling. I think that's your problem.
