Thanks for all the pics, and info...I'm also missing 2 stringers on port side...but.from transom to fore of splash-box, all looks good, starboard side of deck also.

I didn't pull cover....may just try to add a dbl layer of plywood strips on underside of cover for handrail hardware support, and repair spider cracks, etc.

Keep up the good work!

well it's been a while since I've last updated. Life and work got really busy and I didn't have time to work on the boat. So I took it to a local guy that does fiberglass, only a couple in my area that does it. He installed the transom and put the top back on. I mounted the outboard and glued the carpet. I decided to put aluminum stiffening bars across the transom for added strength. I fired up the outboard and now she's ready for the water. I'm hoping to get to the lake this weekend and try it out.

I took it to the lake Saturday, and it did well. But he did not do a good job sealing the rub rail in the back. It wasn't too much water, just enough to make it wet under the rear step wet and trickle down the side . I'm Not very pleased with that. But I pulled the back part of the rub rail off and sealed the joint where the top meets the hull with transtar 4172 seam sealer/adhesive, that's some good stuff we use on automotive applications. Then installed the rub rail ad sealed the underside with 3M 4200. It better not leak. I'm going to the lake this weekend see if that takes care of it.
