Re: NFL week 15

So, the Vikings lost and the Saints got lucky - instead of losing home field advantage in the playoffs by losing to, dare I say it .... the 3-12 Tampa Bay Bucs!!!!! .... the Vikes gave it back to them by losing.

Brett Favre is from Kiln, Mississippi, which is only about 60 miles from NOLA - maybe he spiked the Gatoraide of his team mates, or something!

One bright spot, the Vikes scored 30 points in the second half. It appears they still got it(offense anyway), they just need to show it in the 1st half too. I wonder what went on in the Vikings locker room at halftime??!!

WHAT A GAME!!

When Gould missed the o.t. field goal I said that's it I'm going bed.
Favre is going to work his magic once again.

But for some reason I didn't.:)

I think that game was a classic case of motivation. The Bears had
nothing to play for but pride and the coaches job. After last months
whipping in the Dome they came out like a swarm of hornets and took
the Vikes by surprise.

Our season is over but good to see Cutler finally live up to his billing.
Bears gave up a lot for him and he has really been under fire lately.
Word has it in the Chicago papers that Lovie and Co. are done.

As only a true Cubs fan can say, wait till next year......
