Re: New Volvo Question

Yes, and I also remember how you said it was easy after doing it a few times for no reason..

Practice makes perfect!! Plus you have to admit, you got your moneys worth in entertainment!

You'd get a kick out me checking my gear lube. Check the lube, replace the rings. Go out on the water. but wait, what if they didn't seat right? Gotta check it again. Phew, gear lube is OK, no water. But wait, now I need new rings again. But what if THEY didn't hold. It's like freaking groundhog day.

LOL - Sucks to be me! Some day I will trust my own work!

Re: New Volvo Question

It did finally pop up on the computer, great. I took it out today on a local lake Sand Hollow and had a good time. We spent 4 hours on the lake just fishing and floating. Thank you for you help and checking that again.

Re: New Volvo Question

Glad things are working correctly. I have a real problem with companies that want to be a dealer, but can't/won't keep up with their end of the bargan.

Re: New Volvo Question

I had my concern's when I bought the boat just for that reason, the boat will not be back at his dealership.

I had another intresting incident at the lake today, quick queston about inland lakes and navigation markers. Does the same apply red and green makers on lakes like the ocean. I had some jackass cut me of when I was trying to stay right of a green bouy. Then he told me to go to the left of the green bouy and is was my fault for trying to stay to the right. Now if my navigation is correct if there is a red bouy on on side and green on the other side of the channel you are to stay between the bouys as far to the right as is possible. Of course I might be wrong but maybe you could answer it for me.

Take that question over to the Boat topics and questions (NOT engines) forum.
