Thanks guys, yes Rob I cheated but it took the guy about 45-60 min for 125.00 saved me about 8-10 hours of hard labour, and we managed to get it painted today.
Yes that's the hard part about doing a roller trailer lots of extra parts to paint and reassemble. got some of the aluminum cladding and step plates installed.
Thanks Glen, Yes we are going to paint the hull and puit some new decals on, still haven't totally finished the wiring, hoping to get that done in the next week.
I used a product called Jacksons auto trim cement I get it at the same place I get my carpet and nautolex here locally in Winnipeg, You can most likely get glue from the same source you buy our carpet and nautolex.
Installed transom mount tilt trin switch mounted works great, also a gas strut installed on the in flour storage door and fabricated a hydrofoil stabilizer out of 1/8 aluminum and mounted on the cavitation plate.
