Thanks a lot guys.Thanks for the welcome and for your time.This is really a different thing for me(comunication via internet)I do hardwood floors for a living and typeing or e-mail is not usually not my thing.I do better with a phone.(or so I thought).This is a cool thing,being able to talk about things and learn without having to go to the store and learn from the sales staff.There is a LOT to be said for experiance.

Now you have a choice, Dry joint or MCM Pre Dry Joint.
That is the type exhaust system they have. If you buy an OEM engine from a Merc dealer, it will have Dry Joint exhaust. That is a GOOD thing. But the engine driven raw water pumps are necessary on the Merc Closed cooling system because the manifolds are FW cooled also.
Not a big deal, but the raw water pumps are a PITA to change, along with the cool fuel system............

Thanks Don.Idid see the ECM change but,in their note (4) it says they will credit you back for the original ECM when you return it along with the ECM credit voucher located in the box with THEIR cooling system kit.So as you said befor,order it that way,it's already done.You obviously know your stuff.Thanks again for your time .

Now that you have revealed you're in Buckley......WHERE IN BUCKLEY? (I'd love to see your installation! we could compare notes!!) I'd also like to talk about wood floor "stuff"!! )

By the way, If I could have found an MPI FWC big block/Bravo I would have jumped on it!!
