Using 3M adhesive. Best product I've used for adhesion in 15 years of gluing foam and carpet. I use it for making touring road cases. Waterproof, durable, and easy to clean up and repair if needed.

Decided on carpet for the side of the hull pockets...and uses the carbon look to update the dashboard....

It's gonna be almost 70 degrees this weekend here in the great northwest!!!! Gonna hit up the lake and enjoy my new floor, carpet, rebuilt carbs, tach, new battery, new shift and throttle cables, and my fantastic Friday west marine boat hook!!!! I'll be sure to post those pictures, and y'all can put this in the finishes projects section!!!!!!

We'll..it's all done!!! Had her out today managed a top speed of 40 mph, (after the quick release fuel popped off from full engine tilt!!). Thanks for all the help!!!
