need help with paint

I purchased a "1968 wellcraft". The previous owner painted it white and it is flaking everywhere. In the pictures I have tried different strippers to get this paint off. I'm wanting to know is that lighter color the original color or is that the bare fiberglass. When u rub your hand on the brown part it is slick.

If you spray it with Acetone and wipe it down I bet the paint will come right off. You can then repaint or possibly Buff out the GelCoat

thanks guys, have yall ever heard of a stripper that u spray on and leave it over night? Then the next day hit it with a pressure washer. Its called hydro something, cant remember the exact name.
