Well, Im beginning to believe the saying " your never really done..." I still have some outstanding details to take care of. At this point, I am not fortunate to have an inside spot for her to lay up over the winters. So one of the biggest things for this winter is to make a custom cover for Nauti-Thoughts.
For a reference, I am referring to Sailrites video: It is very informative and a good step by step. I am modifying a couple things, but an excellent basis.

Material list so far:
- 20 quick release buckles and triglides
- 15 yds Royal Blue Cordura 1000D outdoor fabric (Similar to sunbrella, but thicker and more durable in my opinion) They make it in 500D, which is less $$$ but I wanted the higher rub resistance
- V92 bonded thread
- 2 sew in boat vents
- 2 support poles w/vent
- 50 ft spool of royal blue shock cord
- 50 yds 1 " black nylon webbing
I measured for material per the video. Cut and stitched the flat felled seams like they show... but I screwed up and stitched the folds in the wrong direction. (Water with dam at the seams) but not enough that Im concerned.
I also made the skirt with the webbing and shock cord installed. I left one end incomplete, in case I have to add to it.
Here is the beginning of the fitment:
