Motor won't start! OMC 350 5.7L

1987 OMC 350
I've replaced Battery,Cap,Rotoe Plugs, and Wires. I have spark, and I tried putting fuel directly into Carb. Won't start. I have Spark. I checked Plugs and it's dry. Any suggestions?

not enough information! did it run before you did the tune up do you have original points type distrubter or electronic was timing /dwell checked the carb may be flooding due to a cracked float, or misadjusted float what carb do you have?
