Woody ya don't need a gps ! Just head south till ya smell the Gulf then head east till ya here the breakers in the Atlantic ! ;)
Hey on a different note ,I had to apologize to the ML today .. Seems she was just covered with mildew for some reason . I sometimes get a little here and there but nothing like this . Mildew on the seats, deck, cap , and hull .. :tsk: So I cleaned her up and asked for forgiveness :sorry:
Having trouble with the fuel line leaking air at the little connector clip at the tank . Would not hold a prime . Whats the best type connector for the tank ? I currently have the little 2 prong spring thumb latch type . Always have trouble with those for some reason ...

Not leaking at the hose .. Its the connection where the clip seats on the tank fitting .. When ya pump the bulb you can here it leaking and the bulb never gets tight ...

O-ring maybe? Had same issue on an old Chrysler 6hp i got for free this summer, new o-rings fixed it.

Yup I agree. Do you run REAL GAS or the Fake Stuff?? Fake stuff Destroys the little o-rings after awhile. A new set of fitting don't cost that much and then grease em up real good with vaseline before each use. It WILL help.

Do you put the Gas Treatment in your Gas? If not you might try it. It will help keep the Ethanol from eating the rubber fittings in the fuel system.

Me too, but I don't run that much fuel thru my boat so I figure it's worth using the REAL stuff in the boat due to the damage the fake stuff does. But the STABIL additive does Work great, and $15 bucks worth Treats 80 gallons soooo, I guess you can go either way.

I bought the red Evinrude /Johnson connectors this time . They are supposed to be ethanol friendly ...
But I think I saw the Nitrile o-rings at H/F ...

I think I need some sort of C/L block on my computer ! Every time I try and log on a boxing glove comes out and gives me one to the stomach ! :D
I have to admit I'm a little disappointed . But I do have 2 boats lined up for rehab and a bass boat getting closer to splash for a couple of great gals hopefully pretty soon ! :)
