I'm not spraying this either, I'll be applying with foam brush.

Ayuh,... That should make for an Odd, interesting finish,.... :rolleyes:

Can you do it....yes.....will it look good......maybe.....but there is a better chance it won't.


The look of flake and metallic can be greatly affected by how its applied and its designed to be sprayed. Just adjusting the air pressure, distance from the part, angle, etc can all affect the outcome. So when rolling it-it becomes even more difficult to achieve a uniform look to the surface. You will also need to sand and buff to get it level and glossy, this means you will need several layers of just clear over the flake layer so you don't sand through.

I'm going to be applying a Marine Clear coat to my bass boat to enhance the topside. Can I add Micronic or Mini Metal flake to the clear. I'm not spraying this either, I'll be applying with foam brush.:confused:

No you cant...Dont do this with a brush..... period...

Hell.. metal flake is hard enough through a gun. .. If you actually do this with a foam brush then give me your contact and You will have a job here !
