Major hull damage , looking for tips

Hello everyone, last storm was thinking of changing my hull design....
anyway, i have experience with gelcoat and glassfiber, but before i was repairing small stuffs, some gelcoat chips, spiders, replaced few floors, and some other stuff, but in this case i have no idea. My biggest concern is how to restore the original shape, i dont have second boat from which i can make mold of this side, or maybe my thinking is wrong? i should start with gf inside out, or from outside in? any tips how to rebuild all curves and angles?

Back to your question: Could make a template from the other side, build a mold and lay glass on the inside. Some folks on OSO do this kind of stuff a lot and might get some ideas from them

yes but if i make mold from other side, how i can mirror it to fit on oposite side

Guess I should have said making measurements on the other side to make a mold on the damaged side

get a large finger gauge, make the port side match the starboard side
