The Predator Watch Party sure thinned out. Looked like maybe 6 fans left.

Pens win 6-0 and are 1 win away from the Stanley Cup. Game 6 from Nashville on Sunday.

Wrap it up, Pens.

I see ya' Musky ... I'll respond later ;)
LOL ... and it's no where near the crushing retort I wanted to be able to plop down  Preds didn't even show up for the game tonight. Penguins took command early and deserved to win that one.

I think we'll win in Nashville on Sunday, but a Stanley Cup win in Pittsburg would be a (welcome) surprise the way things look now.

It seems to me that the Pens decided not to take anything and really got into the Predators' heads. The Predators were more interested in fighting and dishing out punishment than skating and scoring. Will the Predators be able to come back from the embarrassment, will the Pens think they can slid on by and not show up for the Nashville game? These questions will be answered soon enough ... just remember, it ain't over till it's over!

I am pulling for the Preds to win it all (so at least I can say my beloved Blackhawks were ousted by the eventual Stanley Cup champions!), but I have to give the Pens credit for last night. They out-hustled, out-muscled and just plain out-played Nashville all over the place.

In general, I hate hockey games that are essentially out of reach before the game is half over. Makes for boring hockey and too much rough stuff.

I give you credited for replying after the thrashing the Preds took....:scared:

Just like in football when a guy scores and you would think he just won the SB when they are still down 4 TD's. I don't understand that.

What's the deal with this pre-game hooey? This is why I don't watch pre-game for any sport....

I skipped it and missed the opening 5 minutes.

Hoping this is the last game of the Stanley Cup finals this year.

Go Penguins!
