Live well drain access tracker 16

I am new here and I have a 2018 tracker pro guide v 16.
The fitting on the hull where the live well drains is loose. By that, I mean, under the boat hull near the bow, I can grab that fitting and it slides easily back and forth. So, I am taking on a lot of water.
My question is this, Does anyone know how to get to the back of this so i can tighten it or replace the seal or whatever needs to be done? i can't find any access to it.

start taking the boat apart above it. plan a complete weekend

while at it, if the thru-hull is plastic, replace it. they last about 5 years max

I started doing that. But it looks like taking off a TON of parts just to get to the floorboard as it's tucked under the sides. And finding the screws in that carpet is a pain.
I'll take a look when I get home.
