Leaking still after bellows replacement. Help please

that you won't know unless you pull the drive and look inside the bellows.

also yours being a 1994, that is the joint venture model that is the same as a Volvo, so the parts issues and mechanics not wanting to do work on them doesn't really apply, for what its worth. Same as a Volvo SX

No water would be leaking into the gimbal bellow, that's higher up than where the water would be coming in from. Boats rot from the bottom up so maybe you've compressed what little there is of a seal between the transom plate and the hull, above that area might still be solid but it too will get soft.

You can probably limp thru the season with it. Just make sure you have a good bilge pump. If you slip it get an auto. Next season, pull the engine & drive, part them out & use the cash for a boat with an ob. Like other guys have said, way less headaches.
